The first annual Baby Boomer Girlfriend’s Retreat, at Daytona Beach, Florida, was a lifechanging experience. The sisterly bond formed among the women was instantaneous. Bern Nadette Stanis, of Good Times fame, and actress Jo Kelly were among the headliners for the retreat. Recording artists Jennifer Evans and Silky Waters gave stirring performances.
One of the fitness crazes is called Zumba. If you have always had the desire to dance, but were afraid to try, this is the class for you. Leave your inhibitions at the door and prepare to party your way to fitness.
